On occasion certain leagues at Avon Softball Park are more popular than others and fill up quickly while others are not as popular, leaving those leagues with very few teams. If this is the case with the league that your team has chosen above and your team is willing to participate in an alternate league, please indicate by making a selection below.

Spring teams that pay in full by March 1^st will receive a $50 credit, if all other fees are paid on time. Entry Form must be in by deadline and must include a minimum $100 deposit (check, MC or Visa). Balance is due before the 1^st week of the season, all late payments will be subject to a $25 late fee.
